Service Agreement

We will inspect your system once every 3 months. The duration of the agreement is 12 months. 

Every 3 months we will:

• check the system for proper operation
• read the soil moisture at each zone
• adjust the zones according to the soil moisture reading
• replace the root intrusion preventive filter

Once annually:

• replace the battery backup on the controller
• do a test report on the backflow prevention device and submit it to the city and/or state agency
